No show & cancellation policies.
I love and appreciate all of you. I try to be mindful of YOUR time, please give me the same love and respect! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity to fill out appointment is missed and clients on the waiting list misses the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, A cancellation fee will apply before you can return to my salon.
Less than 24 hour cancellation and no-show will result in 100% payment. 
Clients more than five minutes late will require a reschedule!
I understand life happens, the kids buses run late, the dog runs out the door, or you have so much going on in your life that your appointments slips your mind!
This cancellation policy is not for this type of situation but for the habitual late client.
